Carl received his BS Degree in Mathematics, and his MBA in Management from TEXAS A&M University. For the past 40 years Carl has distinguished himself as both a top personal salesman and recruiter, and has trained and motivated thousands of men and women to become the best that they can become. After a very successful 33 year career in the Insurance Industry, and over 30 years as a part-time Networker, and having become a Top Income Earner with 3 different companies. Carl retired from insurance and now devotes 100% of his time to the Network Marketing Industry.

Why MAX?: Following a personal experience using the product MAX GXL with an ankle problem requiring an ankle brace be worn every day, Carl became PASSIONATE about this product. Following a private meeting in Nashville, TN on January 5, 2007 with Founders Steven K. Scott and Fred Ninow as well as President Craig Case, Carl decided to join MAX INTERNATIONAL at that time.
